For Antonelli's, Raclette Season equals: anytime. What better way to come together than gathered around a hearty Raclette service?! Raclette comes from the French word "racler," meaning "to scrape." Raclette is the name of a cheese, a machine, and a dish - generally, cheese melted fireside onto a plate of potatoes, cured meats, and pickles. So, who's ready to party? A Raclette Party is the "whey" to go!
We will host an adults-only night on Thursday, April 27th.
- Antonelli's will guide us through a history of raclette. Then, you will have the ability to melt your own cheese and scrape it onto plates of goods, selecting from a traditional spread of potatoes, pickled goods, & cured meats.
- Accompanied by a flight of champagne, dry white, rose, and red wines.
- And for dessert a selection of artisanal chocolates.
